MY CONTAINER IS FROZEN SOLID IN ICE AND SNOW, HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A PICK UP?
SUJI Sea Tank Express will not attempt to pick up the container if it is surrounded by snow or frozen in ice. This is to avoid dead run transport charges. The equipment can only be picked up if the container is completely accessible and not frozen to the ground.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY CONTAINER OR TANK?
As we have a large inventory of all types of shipping containers and tanks in our depots, we can typically process your order as soon as we receive it, and shipping is usually scheduled within a few days. Modified containers are the exception, as they are customized to the customer’s specifications and are subject to a production delay.

HOW IS THE CONTAINER DELIVERED?
Shipping containers are delivered on trucks and the type of delivery truck will depend on the size of the container and delivery destination. Most shipping containers are delivered on tilt trailers. These trailers back into position and tilt the container down into the desired location without assistance. Click here for more information regarding delivery.

We ask that before taking possession of your storage container you consider the following:

The minimum rental period for all container sizes is TWO months.

All of our used sea cans are sold in cargo worthy condition, meaning they are wind and water tight as well as structurally sound. This is to ensure the safety of the contents you may store inside and of anyone handling the containers.
The term “one-trip” container refers to any new shipping container which was manufactured overseas, mainly in Asia, and makes one trip from its factory to its destination city, in our case, any ATS location. Because shipping containers are not manufactured in North America, the container is as “new” as a shipping container gets. Please consult our “one trip container” page for additional information.
Shipping containers are secure storage alternatives due to their robust steel construction, which is resistant to break-ins and harsh weather conditions. They also come equipped with secure locking mechanisms. For added security, consider adding a secure lockbox protecting the padlocks from tampering. Their durability and design ensure the safe keeping of your valuable items.
The majority of shipping containers are dark in color such as red, brown, blue or green. New container colors vary but our most commonly requested color is dark grey.
